Time is Running Out to Register to Fish the Los Cabos Billfish Tournament

Taking place October 15-19, 2023 marks the 25th anniversary of the Los Cabos Billfish Tournament. This tournament brings: a two location start - San Jose Del Cabo and Cabo San Lucas, many ways to win including largest marlin, most billfish releases, largest tuna/wahoo/dorado, and a surf and turf gala awards banquet.

Register by September 25 to be entered into the Early Bird drawing. The winner of the drawing will receive a free base entry to the following year’s tournament!

To be eligible your paid entry (base entry only) must be received by September 25. The free base entry is valid for the following year (2024) only and is non-transferable.

Marlin Darlin Wins Leg 1 of the 2023 Scrub Island Invitational Billfish Series

The team aboard Marlin Darlin, a 66-foot Spencer based out of Clearwater, Florida, took first place during Leg 1 of the 2023 Scrub Island Invitational Billfish Series in the British Virgin Islands. The team released five blue marlin and one sailfish during the three days of competition, tallying 2,600 points and earning them first-place honors. They were awarded a cobalt-blue crystal trophy, $61,250 in prize money, and an invitation to the 2024 Costa Offshore World Championship in Costa Rica, among other prizes.
